The Juan Tortilla to Rule Them All
Highlighting America's first wheat! Using a higher percentage of locally grown and stone milled White Sonora Wheat, a non-hybridized, unbleached, non-GMO Heritage Grain, made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Queen Creek Olive Mill, and blended with Hard Red Spring for the traditional texture and stretch you've come to know and love from Sonoran Style Tortillas

Rouge de Bordeaux
The Tortilla with body! The Rougue de Bordeaux Wheat is a locally grown and stone milled Heritage Grain, with a slightly coarser texture. It crisps up amazingly well for quesadillas, fried tacos, and chimichangas!

Gluten Free Cassava
Cassava root, (the source of tapioca) has been used for centuries in Latin and South America, and is the best wheat substitute available. Flexible, chewy, and flavorful, it's unlike any Gluten Free Tortilla you've ever tried. (Made in the same facility that processes wheat products. (Precautions are taken to avoid cross contamination, please use your discretion)
